The perfect recipe for a snack or for breakfast to enjoy at home with your family or to take out with you for a pic-nic with friends!
Ingredients (for 2 people):
- 150g flour
- 2 eggs
- 45g milk
- 4 slices of Roasted Ham
- Ricotta cheese
- 10g yeast
- Olive oil
Preparation time: 30 minutes
Today, we’ve baked some Roasted Ham, olives and ricotta cheese muffins.
The first operation is to slice olives and roasted ham in stripes, and cook them in an oiled pan for a couple of minutes. Now you can take a bowl and mix flour and yeast inside, then add two eggs, olive oil and milk. Stir just as needed to let the ingredients amalgamate and add a pinch of salt and pepper.
Then add Ricotta cheese, olives and some stripes of roasted ham to the mixture, and continue to amalgamate for a minute at least. Once the compound is right creamy you can put it into the muffin’s mold.
It’s time to bake! Leave muffins in the oven for about 20 minutes in a pre-heated, ventilated mode at 180° C. Look at them, when they start browning they’re ready. Let the muffins cool down before serving, and enjoy them!
If you eat them for breakfast have a fresh orange juice with them, or a tropical one.
