Genoa Salami crostini

Super quick recipe with slices of Genoa Salami!

Another way to praise the tastiness of Corte Buona deli meats is to use them in a very quick preparation. Here you can find a gourmet dish to enjoy with your family or friends as Aperitivo!

Ingredients (for 2 people):

  • 1/2 Baguette bread
  • 100g Raspberry marmelade
  • 5 slices of Genoa Salami
  • 150g Brie cheese
  • Leaves of mint
  • Olive oil

Time for preparation: 5 minutes

Crostini is the Italian the name for a small piece of bread toasted and served at medium temperature, usually with charcuterie.

Start cutting the baguette in slices and put them in a pan with a bit of oil; let them toast for a couple of minutes. In the meantime take out of the fridge all the other ingredients. Cut the Brie cheese in small pieces and compose the board!

Take a nice wooden board, preferably a dark one, and create your Crostini: the bread first, then a slice of Brie cheese, a slice of Genoa Salami and a spoon of raspberry marmalade. Pin the four layers with a toothpick and complete with a leaf of mint.

When it’s ready it is perfect for the aperitivo: try it paired with an Italian red wine from the south, like Nero d’Avola or Primitivo. Enjoy!
