  • 8 slices of Calabrese Salami
  • Some small artichokes (oil preserved)
  • One red pepper (oil preserved)
  • Olive oil

First, choose the ideal board for your preparation: in this case a traditional wooden board made with olive wood would be fine.

Now, let’s start the making of: grill the slices of bread with a bit of olive oil in a pan for a few minutes. Cut the goat aged cheese in small pieces and put them on the board; this kind of cheese is the perfect fellow for a spicy salami like this one. Bring the small artichokes and red peppers preserved in oil and cut them in pieces: put them in different cups. Pay attention to organoleptic matches with charcuterie products. Add accompaniment is essential to make a great charcuterie board because they
act both as palate cleansers and as pairings.

Take the Calabrese Salami out of the fridge, open the tray and put the slices on the board 3-4 minutes before serving them.

Now it’s time to compose the board! You also eat with the eyes, so the arrangement matters. Rather than rolling the product, lay it out onto the board and place creatively the accompaniments: put the Calabrese Salami above, the aged cheese near it and so the slices of grilled bread. Leave artichokes and sweet peppers separately in cups and serve everything on the table, your partner or your friends will surely love it!
